How do I contact you about my order?

What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders are purchases made before we physically have them on hand. Since we have guaranteed sales we are able to negotiate a better deal for you with our vendors.

Can I combine my Pre-Order items with other items?

No, unless specifically stated. Since our pre-orders come from various vendors they don’t all arrive at the same time. If all of your items are not at the warehouse it causes a backlog and delays our shipping operation.

What does ready to ship mean?

Ready to ship (RTS) means the item is in stock and will be sent to you ASAP.

How long does it take to receive my package?

RTS orders typically ship with 48 hours. That time may increase if it is a weekend, holiday, multiple pre-orders are received at the same time, or we had a big sale. Pre-orders will ship 6-8 weeks after the pre-order CLOSES. The best way to keep up to date with pre-orders or shipping delays is our facebook group, Vahl VIP. These times do not include the time it takes for your item to get from us to you. That is dependent on the Post Office or whichever delivery company is used.

How do I send an order to someone else?

When checking out change your ship to address to the recipient’s address. Remember to change it back when you place your next order.

How do I update my address? What about for an order that’s already placed, but not shipped?

Log into your account here. If you don’t have an account you can create one here. Make sure to use the email you used when checking out and it will automatically import your orders. Once logged in scroll to the bottom click on "View Address". From there, at the top will be "add address". Make sure to click the "Make Default" checkbox at the end before adding. You can also change your address during the checkout process. This is also where you will change your billing address. For an existing order you can either send a Facebook message to our Facebook page, VAHL or send an E-mail to Please include your order number and the new address.

How much is shipping?

Exact shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

Space in Butter Club, All Vahl'ed Up and Go Vahl Out are limited. We post availability in our facebook group Vahl VIP. You can be put on a waiting list here once you are a member of the group.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Log into your account here. Once logged in scroll to the bottom. Between your name and address will be a link labeled "Manage Subscriptions". From there, click Manage (on the right side). At the bottom you will find "Cancel Order".


How does sizing run on your tops?

Our tops are supplied by different vendors and fit differently based on the style. We typically have a size chart in the description. You can also check out instagram using the hashtag #vahlinlove to see what our Brand Reps and customers say about the way things fit, or join our Facebook group Vahl VIP where our customers post pictures and reviews.

How do I wash my leggings?

Hand wash and hang to dry.

Currently we do not. However, within the next few months this will be an option as our new location will make this possible.
