Pre-Ordered items are items purchased through "collective buying". This is also known as "group buying".
These items are not stored in our warehouse but are sold at significantly reduced prices on the condition that a minimum number of buyers will make the bulk purchase minimum (MOQ).
This method of buying guarantees a product to customers that we typically sell out of quickly. However, these items often take 6-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse from the time the order is submitted to the vendor.
Once VAHL receives the shipment in and ensures correct inventory, the items are shipped out immediately (during normal business hours).
Customers who do not need their product within an immediate deadline are best suited for our pre-orders.
Pre-Orders are purchases made before we have them physically on hand. These items are bought in bulk and must reach a minimum order requirement (MOQ).
With larger quantities sold, we bulk purchase these items for a negotiated, better price. This, in turn, creates guaranteed items to our buyers at maximum savings.
We ask that you DO NOT pre-order an item if you are expecting it by a particular deadline or are in any rush to receive this what so ever.
Additionally, there is usually a checkbox that you must check when ordering a pre-ordered item indicating your agreement to the terms of a standard pre-order.
RTS orders typically ship within 2 business days.
This time may increase under certain circumstances:
- Weekends or holidays
- Holidays within countries we import from (e.g. China, CNY runs nearly the entire month of February)
- Multiple Pre-Order Arrivals
In this instance, for whichever reason, multiple pre-ordered shipments that were not intended to be received the same day -- are delivered to our warehouse all on the same day.
Once we relocate to our bigger facility, this will no longer be an issue-- as the departments for receiving will be entirely separate.

First, we recommend you create a free account in our store.
This will keep a history of all orders placed with us, and update to display the fulfillment status of each order.
When the item ships, you will receive an email with tracking.
This tracking number is also found on the above-described order history page of your account.
Please note that using different email addresses (including those with typos) creates a separate account in our store. We are not able to merge accounts.
You are also welcome to also join our Facebook Group, VAHL VIP for status and updates of Pre-Orders. We also utilize our group for input on products we may offer and much more!
Standard pre-orders will ship 6-8 weeks after the pre-order CLOSES. "Closing" means that the particular day in which the last orders are accepted (deadline). This date may be extended or closed sooner at the discretion of VAHL, LLC.
Typically these are only extended if we have not met a minimum order quantity. Extending this date allows us to reach out to buyers to help us assist and "fill" the buy-in before we cancel it entirely.
In the rare event that we have not met the minimum order requirement (MOQ), all purchases made toward the pre-ordered item canceled and refunded 100% to the original form of payment.
The best means to keep up to date with any and all pre-orders or shipping delays is via our VIP Facebook group, VAHL VIP.
These estimated timeframes do not include the time it takes for the items to be shipped from us to you. That is purely dependant on the Post Office or whichever delivery company is used.

- At the top will be the area to click "add new address".
- Make sure to click the "Make Default" checkbox at the end before adding the address.
- You may also change your address during the checkout process. This is also where you will change your billing address.
For an existing order:
- Order number(s) that are applicable to the outdated address.
- The new address you wish to use for the above-mentioned order(s).
You will STILL NEED to update your address in your account for any new orders placed from that point forward.

- After logging in to your account, located between your name and address there is a link labeled "Manage Subscriptions".
From there, on the right side, click "Manage". At the bottom will be a link labeled "Cancel Order". Click this to cancel your subscription.
Subscription orders are handled different entirely. You must login to manage your subscription here and change the address from this menu.
Our tops are supplied by various suppliers and fit differently based on style. If the item is manufactured from a non-US vendor or we historically are aware if the size runs differently than standard US sizes, there will be a specific size chart in the description.

Purchasing the expedited postal method does not ensure your order is rushed ahead in our warehouse.
Only the postal service in which you choose at checkout, is the service that is rushed. This is simply a postage purchase method upgrade.
If you would like to pay to expedite your order in the shipment from VAHL Warehouse to you, you may do so by purchasing however many items you need to be rushed here.
You must also purchase the correct shipping POSTAGE option to pay for the postal delivery rush service. We are not able to control how quickly the postal service delivers the item to you once it is out of our hands.
No. Pre-orders come from various manufacturers. Therefore, they will not arrive at the same time.
If all of your items are not in the warehouse it causes a backlog which delays shipping operations.

Failure to do so will result in a delay of your order shipment -- for your ready to ship items. Once the pre-ordered items arrive, the entire shipment will then be shipped out if they are combined.

Our buttery leggings are our most popular type of legging. They are available in full length, capri or drawstring capri. You will find a variety of patterns including solids in our signature buttery fabric.
