Combined Shipping/Order Cancellations: 

Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we are unable to combine orders for discounted shipping at this time. We cannot edit an order that has been placed. We use secure encrypted software through our web host and cannot add onto additional orders.

Because we ship quickly we are no longer able to cancel any orders at this time. So, we ask that you are 100% sure about your order prior to placing the order. 


Pre-ordered items must not be combined with any other item. This delays your shipment of items we have in stock significantly. If you have accidentally ordered a pre-ordered item with a ready to ship item (something that is currently in stock ready to leave our shelves), you are able to notify us by email and purchase the "Split My Shipment Listing" to ship the ready to ship items asap.

If you have any questions, concerns or would like updates that are not posted on the specific listing itself, feel free to email: and we will get back with you in 48 hours or less. 

If you do not hear from us, try to email again as our new server has experienced some minor hiccups. 

Also note, pre-ordered items are offered at a wholesale price to get exclusive discounted prices. This also means, that you must wait for a pre-order to close. That wait period can be anywhere from 3 weeks - 2 months dependent on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). 


We are not currently offering wholesale items on our platform. In the near future we will be offering specific apparel and drink ware collections at wholesale costs to registered and verified businesses. These items will be limited to our own specified designs, lines and independently distributed items.
