Our policy lasts 15 days from receipt. If 15 days have gone by since receipt your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Pre-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrectly mailed in our error.
Concealed Carrie items require a 15% restocking fee for return.
If the system does not allow you to return an item and you are within the return window, please send an email including your order number and reason/items you would like to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The items MUST not be odorous or without tags.
To begin the return process, please enter your order number and email address above to begin your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Intimates (underwear/bras/etc) or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- Clearance/final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital files
- Health or personal care/use items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Refunds will not be issued for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If you receive a refund for an item you reasons unrelated to an error or defect on our behalf, the cost of return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping if you choose to receive a pre-paid label.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you received an email that your refund has been submitted from Vahl but you haven’t received the refund in your account yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but you may be eligible for store credit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance.
We will only replace non-pre order items at our cost if they are defective or damaged. If you are not happy with the fit or if you simply do not like the item, we are happy to replace it if we have the item in stock OR offer you an alternative. The only thing you MUST cover is shipping both ways.
To begin the exchange process please fill out the RMA form above and note this in your request. We cannot guarantee that we will have the exact same item in stock. Please provide a note of your preferences in the event we are not able to exchange for the exact item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via this method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
